DBS Bill Payment Service

KTPH

You may pay your bills at Patient Service Centre located at Tower A Level 1:

During operating hours:

8:30am to 9:00pm - Monday to Friday
8:30am to 12:30pm - Saturday

After operating hours:

You may pay at our 24 hours A&E Centre

SingPost Branches

Payment by cash, credit card, cheque, NETS, CashCard and FlashPay card are accepted. For locations and operating hours, you may call 1605 or refer to the list of post offices here.

7-Eleven Stores

Payment by cash, NETS, CashCard and FlashPay card are accepted. For store locations, please visit 7-Eleven website and key in the street or estate name under the Locate icon to start search.

SAM

Payment by NETS only. Locate SAM kiosk locations and their opening hours. You may also make an online payment through SAM Web / Mobile*. For mobile users, please download SAM mobile app.

AXS Station

Payment by NETS/debit card only. You may visit AXS Website to search for a station location by entering the street or estate name. For online payment, please log on to AXS e-Station and mobile users may download AXS m-Station.

Auto-Pay gives you the ease of making payment without the hassle of waiting in queues after your appointments.

Bills can be viewed on HealthHub on the following working day after your date of visit.
