In line with MOH’s latest COVID-19 safety measures for hospitals to protect patients, a vaccination-differentiated visitation approach for hospital wards has been implemented from 19 August 2021.
- Fully vaccinated visitors will be allowed to enter hospital wards (except restricted wards). Partially vaccinated visitors will be allowed entry only from 19 August to 30 September 2021. Unvaccinated visitors will not be allowed entry, unless they can show valid negative antigen rapid test (ART) or polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test results, obtained within the last 24 hours of the visit from MOH-approved COVID-19 test providers (check
http://go.gov.sg/swabproviders). Visitors will need to pay for the tests
As part of our COVID-19 measures, ward visitors are required to
- register on-site at the hospital
- complete a health and travel declaration form
- use TraceTogether App or token for SafeEntry check-in
Our patients need to rest and recover.
Thank you for your cooperation.
