Why home delivery?

  • No waiting at the pharmacy
  • No hassle of carrying medication home

Who is it for?

  1. Only for existing KTPH patients who have uncollected balance from their prescription
  2. NOT for medications that need to be started immediately
  3. NOT for controlled drugs

How to order?

  1. Please ensure that you have at least 2 weeks supply of medications before requesting a delivery.
  2. Please refer to the User Guide to ordering medication balance refill(PDF, 1.7MB).
  3. You will receive an SMS confirmation on the delivery date of your order.
  4. To place an order, please:

  6. KTPH shall endeavour to deliver the medications within the selected time window, but shall not be liable for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. any traffic or weather conditions, actions or omissions of any third party delivery vendors, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of KTPH).
  7. All items delivered are "non-exchangeable nor refundable."

Delivery charges

Charges per delivery (before GST)

Urgent delivery (less than 1 week).
