Visitor Guide

Updates on Visitor Policy
effective from 19 June 2020

In view of the latest measures to manage the spread of COVID-19, we have made the following updates to our visitor policy.

Outpatient appointments

  • Only 1 visitor/companion per patient (including caregiver) is allowed in clinical care areas at any one time.

 


Ward visitors

  • 5 visitors (including caregivers) can be pre-registered for ward visitation
  • Only 2 visitors or caregivers are permitted to visit at any one time during visiting hours
  • Visitation is not allowed at Restricted Wards

Visiting hours

  • 12 - 2 pm and
  • 6 - 8 pm

Precautionary measures for ward visitors

  • Ward visitors must bring their own masks and ensure that the mask is worn at all times
  • Sanitise their own hands prior to ward entry
  • Maintain a safe distance of at least 2 metres from others at all times
  • Refrain from communicating and interacting with other patients or visitors in the ward

 


No access to clinical areas

  • If you are not wearing a mask. Masks will not be provided.
  • If you are having fever, breathlessness, body ache, headache, cough, chills, fatigue, sore throat or runny nose.
  • For children aged 12 and below.
