Online Medicine Orders for Partial Prescriptions

To better serve you, our patients, and reduce your wait time at the pharmacy, you can now send your medication orders to us electronically using the online form below. The medications will be prepared in advance so that you can collect and go.

Points to note:

	This service is currently only available for Khoo Teck Puat Hospital's patients who still have balance medications to be collected from their prescriptions
	Please bring the ORIGINAL (not photocopied) prescription to pharmacy in order to collect medicines
	For your convenience, we can arrange home delivery at S$15 per trip
	Medicine orders that are placed before 12pm will be processed and ready for collection by 3pm on the same day. However, orders placed after 12pm will only be ready from the next day onwards
	After placing your medicine order with us through this website, we will call you to confirm receipt of your order and your preferred collection/delivery time You may fax a copy of the prescription to 6758 0860. Please indicate your contact number on the prescription before faxing.
	You can collect your medicines at the Outpatient Pharmacy during these hours: -  Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.30pm -  Saturday: 8.30am to 2pm
